History

SONFARREL was founded in 1955 in Compton, California by J.P. Kerley, a native of Texas. From the beginning, and during the pioneer days of the American space program, Sonfarrel, under the dynamic leadership of J.P., earned a reputation as a reliable supplier of high quality aircraft and missile components to the aerospace industry. Our success today is a testament and legacy to our founder.
Today our expansion parallels the growth of new technology. We are proud that all of our original customers from the early days continue to do business with us today.
As we plan for the future, we continue to rely upon the philosophy which has served us well; sound business planning, prompt response to our customer's needs, while continually researching new methods to provide greater value to our customers.
Our modern plant is situated on six acres of land in the business-friendly city of Anaheim, California. The manufacturing area encompasses 120,000 square feet dedicated to CNC machining mold making rubber molding, plastic molding, sheet metal fabrication and wire EDM.
